Approximately 1,221 apartments and 74,000 SF of retail/commercial space cater to diverse lifestyles. Each building boasts distinct architecture and indoor/outdoor amenities. Arden showcases modernism with composite panels, Archive exudes creativity with steel frame structures, and Atlas emphasizes wellness with bold forms and serene spaces. Community perks include rooftop pools, chic lounges, and vibrant street-level experiences, making it a thriving live-work-play destination.
