Sudberry Properties has completed construction of the 360-space, six-level parking structure at The Brynn, the firm’s fourth apartment community at Civita in Mission Valley. Sudberry is the master developer of the 230-acre Civita campus. Located at 2525 Via Alta, the project overlooks the award-winning 14.3-acre Civita Park, which features numerous gardens, sports fields, an amphitheater, playgrounds, hiking trails and a plaza with a popular interactive fountain.

Completion is nearing for a new multifamily residential development in the Irvine Business Complex, according to a social media post by AO. The project from Intracorp, located at 2055 Main Street, is named Aurum. The five-story, wrap-style apartment complex includes 178 residential units and a parking garage. According to AO's social media post, the complex also includes a rooftop deck with a pool and other amenities.

Legacy Partners and DWS Group have started construction on Legacy Ontario, a 346-unit apartment property in Ontario. Located at 2510 S. Euclid Ave., the community will consist of eight three- and four-story buildings with tucked-under garage parking and covered carports. Additionally, the property will offer 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space facing Euclid Avenue.
