Parkside Market at Downtown Disney District Parkside Market in the Downtown Disney District in Anaheim, is a new, two-story food hall bringing four distinctive locations under one roof: Seoul Sister is a fast-casual modern eatery serving Korean-style rice bowls; Sip & Sonder serves lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks and small bites; GG’s Chicken Shop serves chicken sandwiches, salads and classic dinner table sides, and Vista Parkside Market offers great views of the district with signature cocktails and mocktails made with local ingredients and artful garnishes.

AO, Orange County’s largest architectural firm marked its fourth collaboration with Michelin-honored chef Gordon Ramsay as the two partnered on a new restaurant in Nevada. AO spearheaded the architectural and design elements of Ramsay’s Kitchen at the Silver Legacy Resort & Casino in Reno, Nevada. The firm had billings of $77.1 million in billings for the year ended June 30, 2024, making it the largest architectural firm in Orange County for the second consecutive year, according to Business Journal data.

The Crystals at Sky Harbor food court, a newly unveiled culinary hub at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, offers travelers a unique blend of local and national dining experiences. Spanning an impressive 7,500 square feet, this food court has been meticulously designed by AO, a full-service architecture firm. Drawing inspiration from the natural crystal formations and geodes of the Sonoran Desert, the space features organic and calming elements, with natural wood finishings and geometric shapes that reflect Arizona’s rugged mountain landscapes.
