AO understands that Assisted Living residents all have varying needs, and we view this as central to our work when tailoring these spaces for each clientele.
Assisted Living encompasses various support structures and programs for residents; from support specifically for seniors to supporting those of any age with certain disabilities, from independent living for seniors, to supporting high acuity levels for patients of skilled nursing and acute rehab.
Our projects work to create spaces that supplement the lifestyle of residents and aid patients at every stage, adapting to their changing needs, and cultivate community. We focus on thoughtful, intentional design and aesthetics, reimagining Assisted Living, and creating spaces that seamlessly blend in within the community.

The Metro East Senior Park Apartments developed by AMG, The Pacific Companies, and Jamboree Housing, consists of a six-story, 461,000sf building in Santa Ana's Metro East mixed use zone. The podium-type complex includes 419 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.
