Westfield University Town Center

Working with the Westfield design team, this open-air regional mall includes the re-tenanting of an existing department store into a health club, two national retailers and a signature stadium-seating cinema complex. The existing food court building was renovated and repositioned with new tenants and dining terraces. Common area improvements include full facade remodels and renovation of key outdoor courtyards and promenades.
