Wagon Wheel Town Square

Oxnard’s first wrap project, Town Square at Wagon Wheel, consists of two wrap buildings totaling 448 units. Town Square is the catalyst for a new urban, walkable, mixed-use community that will have 12,000 SF of exceptional amenities and is close to Oxnard’s favorite shops, restaurants, parks, entertainment, and freeway access. Through placemaking principles and repurposing historical elements, a retro main street environment was created to include a 25,000 SF bowling alley, craft brewery, boutiques and numerous restaurants. Spacious parks, walking paths, gazebos, and green space will abound in the lush landscaping offering a healthy lifestyle to the residents and visitors.
