The vision for this mixed-use development in Little Italy was captured and expressed in a community with luxurious amenities, green certification and in a neighborhood rich in history. An extension of the seaside environment the project reflects the fishing village character and evokes a feeling of welcoming warmth. Transforming a humble street into a community destination involved the careful design and planning of a sustainable place to live, work and play that was unique to the neighborhood. The result is a building that defines a new public piazza that gathers residents, neighbors and visitors to participate in community life.
