Tru by Hilton

The new hotel will be branded a Tru Hotel by Hilton with approximately 120 guest rooms in four stories of wood frame construction over a concrete parking podium with 120 parking stalls including valet. The location stands less than one mile away from the site where a new stadium for the Los Angeles Rams and Chargers is now under construction. The project includes open-space amenities such as a roof deck, a fitness center, and various gaming spaces in the hotel’s lobby. The construction was designed to be a componentized modular system, with the parts built in the factory but assembled in the field.
