Inspired by Redlands’ storied Casa Loma Hotel of the early 1900s, the Casa Loma community revives the prestige of the era with today’s spatial vocabulary. Like the Casa Loma Hotel the 122-unit Residence at Casa Loma is rendered in the Moresque-Spanish style, with towers, tile roofs, covered balconies, arches, shutters and corbels. Located on a 5.6 acre site the 2 & 3 story project will provide housing for members of the Redlands University community including students, staff, and community members.
