The Monroe

The Monroe is envisioned as both a gateway to the historic core of Monrovia and a link to a developing urban corridor and transit station. Creating an urban plaza for the public at the main corner, an iconic corner tower creates a statement housing street-facing retail along Myrtle Avenue. The podium building provides 300 units distributed within a 4-over-1 podium structure and 2 levels of subterranean parking. The Monroe ushers a distinctive architectural statement to the city at the transition into the ‘Old Town’ district while providing an enhanced residential experience with its carefully articulated residential amenities.
