The Griffith Apartments features five stories of wood-framed apartment homes and a six-story above-grade parking garage servicing 344 stalls. The project site, a rezoned surface lot, sits amid numerous transportation routes. Due to the location of the adjacent regional Metrolink station, the parking structure was designed to mitigate noise to the residential units as well as engage the railway frontage.
