Residences on Gibson

With an earnest vision to develop a hospitality-inspired prototype in the residential space, this project curated unique units that are similar to hotel suites but maintain the integrity of residential living. This prototype was envisioned to be plotted in multiple areas throughout the Inland Empire to serve workforce housing needs. The resulting 139-unit, 4-story community was fashioned with progressive architecture along with a touch of hospitality service. Amenities include a leasing office and outdoor bbq/grill stations and fire tables, an enclosed dog park, an interactive play area, and a central recreation zone with a pool, spa, and large sun deck.
