Renaissance Hotel, Newport Beach

A renovation re-flag of a 439-key, 347,100 SF hotel. The renovation includes redesign of the first floor guest arrival experience for the public areas. The porte-cochere was enhanced, the main lobby redesigned with signature Renaissance iconic elements, and feature amenities were designed with a common thematic story line. Redesigned areas included lobby, lobby bar, restaurants / bar, as well as banquet / meetings spaces. Additionally, guest rooms were renovated to incorporate new showers and soft goods.
