Premium Outlets Punta Norte

Collaborating with local architect and developer Sordo Madaleno, the renovation and expansion of the Premium Outlets Punta Norte is a complex, multi-phase effort that will redefine the retail center, the retail experience, and better cater to the needs of international and local shoppers alike. Located on a sloped bluff, the extension of this retail development will add a 7,500 SM curved armature taking shoppers from low street to high street, a 30,000 SM two-level Ikea with subterranean parking, luxury shopping district, new food court, and more. The design for this remodel stays true to the existing Barragan-style architecture, celebrating the center’s context and architectural culture, but with a more elevated and modern vernacular.
