Orange Financial Center

OFC is an existing commercial property with multi-tenant office spaces that required extensive exterior retrofitting, including amenity spaces and compliance with current ADA standards. As part of the project scope, AO’s Landscape Studio was tasked with transforming an unoccupiable fountain roundabout with a covered patio for employees and company functions. As a result, the OFC entry is now punctuated with palm trees and a signage wall to signify arrival, and the perimeter landscape is upgraded to drought-tolerant planting.
