MoDE

MoDE is a 111-unit and 4,800 SF commercial mixed-use urban infill project in the Hillcrest Neighborhood. Consisting of 4 & 5-stories (Type III) over two levels of subterranean parking and one raised podium level, the scale of the building was an important consideration, beginning with a one-story parking structure to the south that fits the scale of the two-story neighborhood. A variety of materials and design elements along the streetscape frontages provide a unique pedestrian experience that mimes the diversity of the existing commercial frontages. Amenities include a leasing center, 5,400 SF sky deck with raised spa and panoramic views of the downtown skyline and sunset views over the bay.
