The building consists of 217 market-rate flats, ranging from studios to two bedrooms, over 2-story podium parking. At the podium level, indoor and outdoor community amenities include a clubroom, fitness center,  pool with lounges and a shaded dining pergola, and dog park that together create an elevated lifestyle for residents. A retail plaza with shops and patio seating make up the mixed-use component of the project along the ground level.
