Los Patrones Business Park is an AO master planned site spanning just under 100,000 SF across 60 acres. Located just west of Los Patrones Parkway, this development offers Orange County one of its first multi-tenant commercial-industrial business parks in over a decade. Strategically located to serve surrounding residential neighborhoods, businesses, and future medical facilities adjacent to Los Patrones Parkway, the project includes retail, restaurants, an AO Multifamily residential project, industrial flex buildings, and two 3-story self-storage buildings. In progress is Phase II which entails another set of two buildings totaling 25,844 SF.
