Delivering efficient, high quality yet affordable workforce housing, this modular garden-style development is nestled in the Southern tip of Napa County, just 35 miles northeast of San Francisco. Fashioned in contemporary urban and prairie styles against a rural backdrop, the 3-story, 186-unit apartment community provides studio to 3-bedroom units dispersed between 8 buildings that are anchored by a central public courtyard where outdoor activities and pedestrian-friendly walkways activate the community. The project breaks from the traditional construction and delivery methods through the use of prefabricated modules that are constructed in the factory to streamline the construction process on-site, resulting in a shorter construction timeframe and a much lower environmental impact.
