Legacy Del Amo

On the corner of Del Amo Circle and Carson Street, a new 5-story residential building will rise from what was once a 2.8-acre parking lot servicing neighboring office complexes. The project features a contemporary, low-rise structure with an L-shaped footprint, showcasing modern elevations that draw inspiration from nearby mid-century modern office complexes. A restrained color palate and simple aesthetics embolden the façade.  A total of 200 units from studios to two bedrooms form the unit matrix. A highly efficient 6-story parking structure, with one subterranean level, provides 440 stalls for residents, topped off with an amenity deck.
