The Dianchi International Convention and Exhibition Center project was originally a large-scale exhibition and commercial complex, but was vacant except the convention center itself. Wangfujing Group will carry out spatial transformation and utilization of the vacant buildings with about 100,000 m SM of one to five levels of the southeast side buildings. The AO design team has carried out rational and professional planning adjustment and transformation of the existing buildings to ensure it will become a vibrant commercial mixed-use town including Outlets, hotels, restaurants, leisure, office, tourist style street, fitness and children’s world.
