Kimball Business Park, Phase 1

This 70 acre, mixed-use, industrial park features 19 buildings that range in size between 5,825 – 352,000 SF, totaling approximately 1,200,000 SF. The facility is comprised of industrial, light industrial, ancillary office, and retail program types. The eight larger footprint buildings are part of Phase I, which have received Certificates of Substantial Completion as of September 2018. 11 smaller buildings along Kimball Avenue are part of Phase II, featuring light industrial, ancillary office-use, and retail components along Kimball Avenue. Phase II is currently in the Construction Document phase.
