Henan Wangfujing Commercial Town Outlets

An approximately 100,000 SM / 1,076,400 SF (gross building area) retail, outlet, and entertainment center located within a master planned site in Zhengzhou, China, on the north edge of Yellow River. The outlets site is approximately 57 acres including the building and parking area. Approximately 30% of the project building area is anticipated to include entertainment uses including a movie theater, children’s play zone, restaurants bookstore supermarket, etc. The project is envisioned to be a “signature” development, a “landmark” with the Wangfujing Xinxiang commercial Town Project Master Plan.
