A new collection of 3-story tuck-under and 4-story wrap-style apartment homes creates a unique community encompassing over 20,000 SF of mixed-use retail along a main thoroughfare in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Modern American Farmhouse architecture characterizes the residential elevations and commercial edges, blending a consistent theme throughout. The design segments the large site into more manageable and pedestrian-friendly parcels, creating an environment for the residents more akin to a residential pedestrian street within an urban setting. This 17.3-acre site will be developed in 2 phases, with the first phase consisting of the stand-alone recreation and leasing center, stand-alone garages, and tuck-under apartments and the second phase will see the completion of the wrap apartments.
