The multi-level center will offer a gross leasable area of approximately 300,000 SF that will house 150 designer as well as brand name stores and 4,000 parking bays for cars in an 8 level parking structure. Genting Premium Outlets is located adjacent to one of the primary Genting Highlands Resort gondola / bus stations and this strategic location allows the center to serve as part of Genting Highlands’ attractions as a major tourist and holiday destination that draws about 20 million visitors annually.
