At the center rests the 4-story amenity tower; a jewel-box that serves as an active social hub for residents. The design is characterized by a simple, large-scale massing strategy and a high-contrast color scheme that breaks down the long, linear composition, thereby creating a more pedestrian friendly street edge. Live work units further activate the public edge along South Priest Drive.
