This new pair of contemporary, affordable buildings, provide a much needed pedestrian-scaled entry into the city of Santa Ana. The site is approximately 6.6 acres and is located at 2114 E. First Street in the City of Santa Ana, California. These Type III, 5-story buildings over 1-level on grade raised podium, will provide a total of 552-units. The project includes 8,000sf of various luxurious amenities and 10,000sf of retail space, tucked into the ground floor of Bldg. A. This project is a TCAC project.
