This proposed 345-unit urban mixed-use community is situated in the heart of a growing enclave aspiring to deliver unique experiences for the next generation. Comprising two podium buildings—the 7-story Elliott South and the 8-story Elliott North—are bisected by Richards Street, which offers an engaging public space along the shared edge. Inspired by the rugged beauty of Utah’s granite mountains, the architecture is a masterful display of form and function, envisioning the buildings as two granite sculptures that were gradually separated over time. Elliott offers a sanctuary where modern lifestyles, artistic expression, and community vitality converge within the bustling cityscape.
