Element Hotel at The Watermark

The Element hotel is a 138-key boutique hotel within the Watermark mixed-use development. The Watermark will create a community destination that will feature a perfect fusion of retail and socialization. This mixed use development will offer over 400,000 SF of Class A office space, 325,000 SF of local and national brand retail, a luxury theater, boutique hotel and a Whole Foods Market. It’s signature space, defining design feature and the heart of the development is the Central Park gathering space.
