Throughout a 20 year history and a total of 6 construction phases, AO has been involved in the development of this world renowned value oriented shopping destination. Including the current expansion planning, the project will contain approximately 200 tenants in over 710,000 sf of gross building area. Developed around a contemporized Spanish aesthetic, the project contains a series of public promenades, courtyards, and accent spaces to create a varied pedestrian experience throughout the project.
