Situated within Anaheim’s newly developing Platinum Triangle this 4-story student housing building provides 350 units wrapped around an above-grade parking structure. The 4.3 acre site is located on the northeast corner of Katella Avenue and a new connector road. The project features a 9,200 SF double height leasing/club room tucked into the ground floor with resort pool deck and a rooftop clubhouse and amenity area.
