Reviving the architectural spirit of LA’s Westlake district, this affordable supportive housing project expands access to permanent homes through a design that honors both legacy and community. The six-story building sits beside the historic Bryson Apartment Hotel, drawing from its Beaux Arts style while respecting its scale and massing to create a distinctive urban statement. The community offers 64 affordable homes prioritized for people experiencing homelessness, including units for those with mobility, hearing, or visual impairments—providing safe, stable housing for those most in need. It also includes 993 SF of support and counseling space, a ground-floor lobby and offices, plus a roof deck and elevated courtyards.
