Located on an 18-acre site, Atlas is a mixed-use 5-story wrap. The community contains 483 units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Atlas will feature an array of thoughtfully designed indoor/outdoor experiences, serene getaways, fun connections, and wellness-focused amenities for residents with a social, adventurous, and introspective spirit. Each area is inspired by California’s greatest natural wonders including the Joshua Tree Clubroom, Channel Islands Pool Courtyard, Death Valley Fitness Center, Yoga and Meditation Studio, Kings Canyon Podcast Studio, and Sequoia Library and Tea Room.
