Designed for varying medical occupants from family practices, urgent care, to potentially a future PACE clinic, this modern ground-up medical office building will benefit and serve the community while enhancing the city’s design with modern curb appeal. Placed on a small site, the project design works to maximize space and space requirements while incorporating several modern design elements including thoughtful landscape punctuating the site throughout, walking paths, and sleek and organic finishing on the building’s facade to create a more aesthetic appeal.
