Arista

Developed from an AO high-density tuck-under prototype, this project exercised a highly disciplined semi-urban solution for the Colorado market. Well suited for transitioning from medium to higher density products, Arista pushes the density to achieve 387 units, inside 3-story buildings with carriage units stacked above the garages. The project has 14 contemporary residential buildings with a 12,00 square foot leasing center at the entrance that encompasses a clubhouse, recreation, fitness center. The project also includes a pool and modern amenities like a 300+ square foot free-standing pet wash and bike shop.
