AMLI Aero will include 434 residential units in six stories, with top-floor mezzanines in some units. Resident amenities will be provided on-site and include co-working space, mail lounge, leasing center, clubhouse, and fitness center. Usable open space includes a central plaza, three courtyards, a rooftop pool, and a rooftop sunset deck to ensure that the community will have open space to gather, socialize, exercise, and rest. The roof deck will also include various lounge areas, a dining area, and outdoor cooking. Parking will be accommodated in a central parking garage housing vehicle, bicycle, and motorcycle parking spaces.
