Alchemy Surf Resort

Alchemy Surf Resort is a 25-acre destination centered around a 5-acre surf lagoon offering world-class waves on demand for surfers of all ages and abilities. Surrounding the lagoon will be 30 modern bungalows, a beach club, café & restaurant, fitness facilities, a deepwater standing wave, and pickleball courts.

The resort will provide both public and member-exclusive amenities, including lounges, locker rooms, and surfboard storage. Event spaces will host public and private gatherings, while programs will promote para-surfing and engage high school surf teams. Future phases include an Action Sports Hub featuring activities like skateboarding, enhancing the resort’s focus on adventure and recreation. Construction is set to break ground in Q4 2025, with the resort slated to open by Memorial Day 2027.
