This mixed-use development features 33,317 SF of office and 5,182 SF of retail space. The steel frame and cast-in-place concrete building has a brick, glass and metal panel exterior. While designed to reflect the surrounding historical Westwood architecture, the project also incorporates innovative features such as rooftop biofiltration planters, efficient lighting, and state-of-the-art HVAC and sound insulation. The site also has a three-story parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations.
