Inspired by the motion and color pallet of the ocean, 401 Mission is a unique development that introduces mixed-use urban residences steps away from the beach. As personified by the Oceanside setting, the 5-over-3 podium building will fuse surf culture harmoniously with an urban environment, contributing 332 market-rate apartments and almost 20,000 square feet of double-volume retail, restaurants, and outdoor plazas on the ground floor. Large artistic murals and a natural mix of glass, stucco, metal, and concrete materials encompass the façade creating visual interest and alluding to the native textures of the coast.
