This decorative CMU building project will be comprised of multi-story office spaces and warehouse space. Serving as the new Covi Concrete headquarters, the main building will be split down the middle, creating two condos with mezzanine offices on each side. Architectural design elements include concrete blocks, glass, and metals throughout the building for a more modern industrial look.
