Juan Ibarra has a strong background in computer technology, which has driven his expertise in utilizing these tools to enhance his architectural work, including the use of BIM and CAD software for preparing plans, as well as SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop for presentation drawings. His experience spans a variety of architectural responsibilities, including design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Juan has worked on multifamily homes, retail, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality projects. Currently, he manages multiple projects, collaborating with clients, consultants, vendors, and city agencies to ensure projects move forward smoothly from design development through construction administration. Fluent in Spanish, Juan is also well-versed in building codes and construction methods.
