Fred has over 25 years of experience in the commercial arena and has worked with AO since 2010. Directly involved with retail projects, his duties include managing projects from their inception through design and construction documents, as well as bid and construction administration. Fred’s strengths include project management, planning, construction documents and coordination, municipal processing and permitting as well as tenant coordination, prototype management, pre-project research, entitlements, site planning, development of schematic layouts and fixture plans. He is an effective communicator with governing authorities and general contractors and is very successful in achieving the goal of permitting projects quickly.
