The Residence at Casa Loma in Redlands, CA has been approved by the Redlands planning commission. Inspired by Redlands’ storied Casa Loma Hotel of the early 1900s, the Casa Loma community revives the prestige of the era with today’s spatial vocabulary. Like the Casa Loma Hotel the 147-unit Residence at Casa Loma is rendered in the Moresque-Spanish style.
