The new revitalization consists of 2 phases: first the renovation of the existing 4 auditoria building to 3 stadium style auditoria with recliners and updated sound system. The lobby will undergo major renovation to give it a fresh sophisticated modern look.
Phase 2 will consist of taking over the existing bowling alley next door and converting and dividing the existing shell structure to 7,700 SF of restaurant space in the front and 7 more auditoria connecting to the existing movie theater to create a 10 screen 650 seat luxury seating complex.
