In close proximity to an adjacent harbor, Siheung Premium Outlets is a pedestrian oriented two-story, retail center with a smaller three-story section in the middle. The three-story section contains a food pavilion with direct views to the adjacent harbor. Within the center there are shopping promenades and generous open plazas filled with landscaping and place making amenities. The architecture is modelled on a Mediterranean, ocean-oriented Spanish/Andalusian hilltop village and incorporates red clay tile roofs, light and pastel colored plaster walls and wood beam, wrought iron and stone elements throughout the center. There is also a number of towers throughout the project to orient the shopper and landmark the project from the surrounding area.
