The newest restaurant set in Harrah’s Las Vegas from Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay and AO’s second project with the internationally renowned chef offers patrons an inviting, sophisticated dining experience with elevated comfort. Paying homage to Ramsay’s journey from “across the pond”, design elements include neutral and deep blue color tones, intricate lighting displays, and glass-blown copper-colored pendants which cascade from the main dining area’s ceiling. Separated by a dramatic staircase, the lower dining area is anchored by a theater kitchen, a seven-seat seafood counter and raw bar, a floor-to-ceiling custom wine display to highlight the vast selection, and a hidden private dining experience at the Chef’s table room with a glimpse of the action at the cook line.
