Orbisonia Heights is a three-phased modular, mixed-use project that aims to provide affordable housing solutions. Spanning a total of 7 acres, the three-phased, 100% affordable development is slated to provide 384 units to residents of Contra Costa County. The first phase will include a 5-story podium building with private amenities, a public library, and 21,283 square-foot community library. It will seamlessly integrate the residential spaces with commercial and public amenities to foster a sense of community and enhance the overall livability of the area.
