Bear Mountain Resort

This multi-phase project encompasses a comprehensive Four-Phase renovation initiative aimed at enhancing the Bear Mountain Resort Property, situated in Big Bear Lake, CA. AO has delivered architectural and landscape services, introducing several key features, including grand stairs for direct access to the snow, fire tables paired with lounge furniture, artificial turf sections, and festoon lighting installations to elevate event spaces. Notable enhancements were made to the guest arrival and ticketing area, as well as the Base Camp deck and Laybacks Bar. The addition of a new boardwalk, along with new guest amenities, bridges the gap between the Laybacks Bar deck and the Academy Training Facility.
