Kimball Business Park

This project encompasses a sprawling 70-acre master planned, mixed-use industrial park. Consisting of 19 buildings varying in size from 5,825 to 352,000 square feet, the development offers a total space of approximately 1,200,000 square feet. The facility caters to a diverse range of program types, including industrial, light industrial, ancillary office, and retail spaces, strategically designed to meet the multifaceted needs of businesses. 

Phase I of the project, completed in 2018, comprises eight larger footprint buildings. These structures serve as pivotal components of the industrial park, providing ample space for industrial operations, ancillary offices, and retail outlets. Phase II, on the other hand, focuses on the development of 11 smaller buildings along Kimball Avenue, incorporating light industrial, ancillary office, and retail components.
