Originally utilized for office and retail purposes, this building has been revitalized into a contemporary healthcare facility catering to Urgent Care and Family Practice needs. Extensive enhancements to both the exterior facade and interior have been implemented, creating an efficient medical environment that empowers healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

The design narrative expresses deep appreciation for the unique character of Trabuco Canyon, captured through the dynamic flow of the walls, which mimic the undulating hills of the canyon. Additionally, custom artwork vividly portrays scenes from the canyon, further connecting the facility to its natural surroundings. The color palette for the interior design is both soothing and invigorating. Soft, earthy tones dominate the furnishings, creating a calming ambiance for patients. To infuse energy and vibrancy into the space, accents of the client’s fresh branding colors have been strategically incorporated, ensuring a modern and dynamic atmosphere that resonates with patients and staff alike.
